Blue Orchard Homes is a locally owned residential construction company founded by Jamie and Danielle Webb.
We created Blue Orchard Homes with a simple idea: custom home building should feel personal.
A homeowner shouldn't feel like another project number.
Our approach combines professional construction management with the accessibility and personal attention of a locally owned builder.
Jamie brings years of construction management experience coordinating complex projects, subcontractors, schedules, budgets and quality-control requirements. That experience provides the foundation for how Blue Orchard Homes approaches residential construction. Danielle owned a home decor and antiques business for several years and brings an eye for design.
Jamie and Danielle remain personally involved in the homes we build. We believe good construction starts with good relationships — with our homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers and the communities where we work.
Our reputation matters to us because Southeast Tennessee isn't simply where we build.
