No. Some clients already own their building site while others are still searching. We're happy to have an initial conversation regardless of where you are in the process.

Do I need completed house plans?

No. If you already have plans, we can review them with you. If you are still developing your plans, we can discuss where you are in the process and help identify the appropriate next steps.

How long does it take to build?

Construction schedules vary depending on the size and complexity of the home, site conditions, permitting, material lead times and weather. During preconstruction, we develop a project-specific schedule so expectations are established before construction begins.

How involved can I be during construction?

It's your home, and we want you involved. At the same time, an organized communication and decision-making process helps construction move efficiently. We establish expectations for communication, site visits, selections and approvals at the beginning of the project.

How much does it cost to build a custom home?

There isn't a reliable one-size-fits-all price per square foot for a true custom home. Site conditions, architecture, foundation type, exterior materials, windows, interior finishes, mechanical systems and many other decisions affect the final cost.
